Overview

Welcome to AI Stupid Level, available at aistupidlevel.com. These Terms govern your access to our AI benchmark tools, including prompt testing, model comparison, drift analysis, benchmark report generation, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, password security, and all activity under your account.

Service Description

AI Stupid Level uses AI and automation systems to help users evaluate model behavior from prompts, references, outputs, and settings they provide. Scores, reports, and generated visuals may vary. Features, models, pricing, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves. You are responsible for reviewing benchmark results before using them for model selection, procurement, research, publication, or operational decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Stupid Level to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, mislead others, attack the service, bypass limits, harvest data, upload malware, or submit content you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content Rights

You retain ownership of prompts, references, model outputs, benchmark notes, and other materials you submit. You grant AI Stupid Level the rights needed to host, process, display, reproduce, and modify that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, paid users may use generated benchmark reports for personal, educational, research, and commercial purposes.

Benchmark Accuracy

AI Stupid Level is an evaluation and productivity tool, not a guarantee of model quality, safety, or legal fitness. Generated scores, labels, charts, and explanations may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking methodology, prompt design, sample size, statistical significance, and downstream decisions.

Billing and Credits

Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically. Credits, plan limits, and promotional offers are governed by the terms shown at purchase. Except as required by law, processed payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

No Warranties

AI Stupid Level is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, suitability for a specific benchmark methodology, long-term storage of generated assets, or acceptance of generated reports by any organization, vendor, institution, or platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Stupid Level is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using AI Stupid Level at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, or prolonged inactivity. Some data may be retained as required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
